Affordable Marina/Boat slip in Cancún...

Dear friends
My dream is about to come thru to travel from the USA to the South Pacific. My route is Cancún, Panama, Ecuador, Galapagos and over to the South Pacific. I set date for March 20 to departure from South Padre Island to Cancún and I am looking for a Marina/Boat slip at Cancún, which is affordable and safe.
Who knows or has experience of a boat slip/mooring or anchoring place down in Cancún, wich is affordable during about 2 to 3 weeks? I will not stay on board.
The departure date depends on the weather conditions, which are all messed up this year. Hopefully the whirlpool will slow down by then and I can set sails.
