Volvo / ZF 25M Transmission, never installed
Never-installed Volvo Penta-branded ZF 25m mechanical transmission. Purchased several years ago for a repower project which has stalled, and I changed my mind and bought a Velvet Drive. All I did was paint it white, put some oil in it, and store it.
2.27:1 ratio (2.1:1 in reverse). Has integrated oil cooler on the side, which is kinda nice. I think I also have a ZF to Borg Warner bolt pattern adapter plate if that's needed.
$1000 or best reasonable offer. I'm in FL; buyer pays shipping, but that shouldn't be a big deal as it weighs less than 50 lbs.
