I have fully supported Nobeltec licences for sale with handover for the following:
TimeZero Navigator 3.3
Insight Radar module (supports Furuno or Koden
Unlock codes for the following charts
English Channel to the Wash and Hamburg
Atlantic waters from Brest to Cape Verde islands
The whole the Mediterranean
French Inland waterways
I used the system on a windows based computer with Ethernet connection to radar and serial usb connections for AIS, compass wind instruments, autohelm etc. but the license are valid with any installation
