12m Med Berth for rent - Porto di Roma 10 mins Fiumincino (FCO) airport

Porto di Roma is a large, newly built marina by the mouth of the Tiber river near Rome. It is just south of the Fiumincino canal.

Probably the best thing is the price band. It really won't break the bank to keep your yacht here whilst still being in the middle of it all. 126 miles to Sardinia west. Or to the south Ponza, Ischia and the Bay of Naples. We found it a fantastic, central location to base our med yachting from.

My berth is on 'D' dock, easily the best position in the marina for shelter. Also a stones throw from the cafe, gelateria and pizzeria! There's a chandlery 20metres away too.

With cheap flights to / from the UK to Fiumincino, we kept our boat here for quite a few years - I'd fly out just to check the lines! Cheap car hire from Fiumincino too.

It's also great for liveaboards too. There is a shower block right opposite the pontoon with a laundry facilities.

Hi we haven't purchased a cruiser yet but would love to live on a boat in that area or most other areas for a few weeks or month or so. Do you know anyone who would rent their boat for static staying. We wouldn't expect to take it anywhere. I realize this is not what your selling but we can't use what you have until we buy the boat!!
