Seeking camera mount recommendations.

I notice in a lot of youtube videos that the boat is square to the camera picture frame but the water is running off to the left or right, which I don't like. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good self-leveling mount to attach a gopro or something similar to a boat? There seems to be quite a wide range of prices and I don't know how to tell if they're good. I would think a good one would have some damping, but not too much.
