Grand Bahama, Freeport to West End

Does anybody know an affordable way to keep the boat for 3 weeks in the Freeport/Lukaya area on Grand Bahama Island over the Christmas holidays?
West End Marina is very expensive.

Re: Grand Bahama, Freeport to West End

We are currently staying at the Grand Bahama Yacht Club in Port Lucaya. It is a good place to be, far enough away from the village to be quiet at night, and a water taxi available until 10:30 or 11:00 p.m. to bring you back and forth.

There is a special going on here right now, and it is very much worth looking into.... prebenusa@aol.com. The owners name is Preben.

Should be all the contact info you need, great place to be right now!

Try Knowles Marine. They are a boatyard but you can leave the boat in a secure facility. Well fenced. I had my boat there for 2 hurricane seasons. Charlton Knowles and his son Cameron run the place. 242-351-2769
