Documentation "case processing dates" page question.

The National Documentation Center received my Recreational Owner Trasfer forms on February 11th.
I'm having a bit of trouble understanding their "case processing dates" web page.

What am I missing?

USCG National Vessel Documentation Center, PDF Page

Thanks

I won't try to interpret that form. But if you are expecting your document back after only 6 weeks, wait another 6. I just received mine and it was mailed mid December.

I believe those are the dates received they are working on. So "Recreational Reissue: 12/03/12" means they are working on those applications from 12/03/12. If you become concerned I wouldn't hesitate to call for calcification. I found them to be very helpful and " user friendly". Especially for a government organization! Wish the FCC site would follow suite.

Thats good enougt time for me.
It seems that in early february before I sent my forms that the web page indicated I had to wait till October and it seemed the web page was constructed differently. At least I thought I understood it.

I'm about 6 weeks from them receiving (feb 11) my forms.

Thanks for the clarification. It appears recreational is taking about 3 months, I can do that. Its good news for my sailing plans.
Yes, they are great to deal with, its commonly discussed how good they are especially being government.

Same experience as djmarchand, above.

Coast Guard received the paperwork 12/6. Documentation came in last week.

It took over 18 weeks (since feb11) or 4-1/2 months whatever way you want to look at it.

I filled the application, got a money order and sent it to the top dogs.
Maybe a 100 bucks total, cant remember.

I don't waste money on the middleman.

Sometimes a middleman isn't a bad thin if it helps makes things move a little quicker...

Re: Documentation "case processing dates" page question.

FWIW, last fall at boat purchase, used a documentation service and received the papers in a month.
