T&H Interior floor re-finish

Decided that for a winter works project I would re-finish the Teak and Holly plywood floors. A previous owner had applied some sort of clear finish on the original without even cleaning the floors first so there is all sorts of grit sealed in. What is the best way to strip and what is the best product for a really fine but non slippery finish in the end? Thanks for any input.
