Re-Birth of a boat

Hello all,

My girlfriend and I recently bought a Grampian Classic 31. It was sunk almost 4 years ago, leaky o ring and head switch left open, by it's previous owner, and hasn't been touched since refloated. We are VERY excited to bring her back to life and make her our own! This thread will document her journey and ours. Hope everyone enjoys!

Brent and LA, that is a very pretty little boat with nice lines and for that price you can't go wrong.

If you are looking for inspiration you could have a read of this webiste were the owner completely rebuilds a Fisher 30 that also sank and then filled with mud.

I think he went a little over the top with this but still a good read.

Thanks! We're happy with how well she's cleaning up! Going to have to wait a little bit until we can work on her again as I have to get moved out of my house and moved in with my girlfriend, LA.
