Hey folks...


It's a Moody 376 that's been sat in a tropical marina for the best part of 3 or 4 years, neglected...


Pics were taken after I'd scraped off the colony of marine life that had taken up residence.


Am a bit concerned that the while the prop zinc has eroded nicely, the big bugger on the hull looks relatively fine... Both were well fouled with barnacles and other crap...

Those bottom pictures remind me of what half the Large fishing fleet of Vancouver and Steveston looked like in the early seventies.
Nothing stopped those boats from going out,(i know because i was on one of them)and catching their quota in the roughest waters you can imagine.
And yes,,it was a common thing to hear of a 100ft boat sinking with a couple of tons of its catch, so sights like that do not scare me at all,,i have seen alot worse.
