Marine Air Conditioner / Heater Recommendations ?

I have been asked to install a dockside air conditioner/ heater unit in a 28 foot sailboat. So far I’m leaning toward a Mermaid unit sized for his boat. Any other suggestions or recommendations?
Living in the NW I don’t see a need for the unit except for the heat. But as they say the customer is always right.

Heat will only work as long as water temp is above 45F.

Our Cruiseaires worked until the Hudson River in NY hit 40. Doesn't seem like a lot of difference from 45, but when you need it, it matters. We used our on board instruments to measure the temp, not a website. In that way it was taken below the water surface to avoid the daytime heating from the sun of the first inches.
