Ceramic Bottom Paint

Maybe what we need is Ceramic Bottom Paint to stop marine growth.

As you can see from the picture below, these ceramic tiles have been under water for years and are still clean.

Venue? An attraction which is visited regularly and spruced up a little bit for the clientele?
