Barient 10 Winch Bearings

I removed four old Barient 10 winches and plan to recondition 2. I can get new pawls and springs from West Marine, but I am curious about the difference in size of the bearings. Clearly these are different submodels within the Barient 10 line. Not only are the roller bearings different sizes, but the pawl housings in the bottom are different, and there are other differences. Is the roller bearing setup on the left correct (the one with shorter roller bearings)? Should there only be one set of roller bearings? On the Barient 22's, I found two sets of shorter roller bearings in each winch. The other two Barient 10's also have one each of the shorter bearings.

They are caller Journal Roller Bearings. They are aviviable in many sizes in 1/16 increments ID/OD/Width. From the picture they dont look in to bad of shape unless the rollers are fallling out of the cages a good cleaning and lubing may do.
