Perkins 4236 Stalled

Hi there,
Went on the Boat today anf fired up the Diesel a Perkins 4236. The Diesel started and run for about 10 secs then stalled. Now I remebered I had fergotten to open the Seecook. Tried to restarten bout 6 good trys but Engine would not start anymore.

I wonder is there is a automatic shutoff on the fuel or Air system which I have to reset to get the old Girl running again. Never gave me any trouble allways started easy, have the Boat now over 2years. Thanks in advance for advice.

Are you sure that you don't have the fuel shutoff?
10 sec's is about the right amount of time to starve the engine of fuel

Sounds like air in fuel system, bleed HP pump & injector leads.
