Perkins 4.108. Water in the piston and in the oil

Hello, I recently change the heat exchanger tube and the water pump (engine not the raw).
Water is coming in the piston (water lock).
Does someone expérience the same?
Wath can cause this probleme ?
Thanks for your suggestion

Yvan

Check the anti siphon valve at the top of your exhaust water loop. Its usually between the heat exchanger and the injection elbow. Could also be between the pump and the heat exchanger. They get jammed up with salt and should be cleaned/washed as a PM item.
