Isuzu wet exhaust

I have been all over the web trying to find somewhere I can source an exhaust manifold for a marinised Isuzu C240 with no luck. Any one out there familiar with this engine and where the manifold might be found?

The lack of answers reminds me of the Isuzu installs I've seen, Hot exhaust. Is that true?

Offhand every Isuzu install I've ever seen that wasn't a Pices had a dry manifold.
