Help identifying Ford Lehman Intake Manifold

I have Ford Lehman 90HP marinized by Ford North East. Company went out of business and American Diesel is completely different. In fact they said getting complete gasket set would likely not be very useful.

Last year i was able to replace exhaust manifold flange and get a gasket. i have OSCO B-series exhaust manifold.

Now i am trying to add a better air filter and need to figure out what intake manifold i have.

This would help get manifold-head gaskets as well in case they go.

Looks like a 2722E Super 90, late eighties, or at least the intake manifolds are the same...
