Yep, that's what they were! Early 90's...too much money...putting everything I could think of on the boat... too much time to think of new things I "Had" to have to cruise...

Good info here... I installed them on both the mains, gen sets and fuel transfer pumps of a boat I used to drive. After scrubbing fuel and filter changes, just put a marker pen dot where the natural vacuum was on all the gauges and if there was a deviation, started trouble shooting. Regular filter changes avoid most problems but it was good to keep an eye on during engine room checks. Capt Phil

I installed a fuel line pressure gauge a while ago but I'm not sure what the different pressures mean. Some times it reads just above 0 and other times it reads between 3 & 4 pounds of pressure. I spliced in a tube for the gauge after the primary filter and before it reaches the fuel pump mounted on the engine. I drilled a hole in the wall of my engine room and mounted it there so I could easily see what my pressure was versus sticking my head in the engine room. Easier viewing means I'll look at it more often.
Anyone have any idea what my pressure should read? I'm running a Ford Lehman 80hp on my boat.
