Non-Equity Partnership in Gemini 105MC

We are considering taking on a non-equity partner for our 2002 Gemini 105MC. We are non -handy sailing newbies who cruise the Caribbean 4 months per year (Jan - April). Our idea is to find an experienced sailor handyperson who will share expenses and do all repairs and maintenance, in return for full and exclusive use of the boat 8 months of the year.
