Hypothetical question, trade luxury RV time for sailboat time.

I have a hypothetical question, Do you think very many cruisers would be willing to trade there NICE and well equipped sailboat for a NICE well equipped diesel powered motorhome for a period of 1 to 3 months. What conditions would needed to make something like that work. Would have to figure something out with insurance and deductibles and security deposit. Would also need a plan for repairs worked out in advance for both RV and sailboat.The party getting the boat for the month would also be boat sitting "watching" so adding extra value on their end. What do you thing could it work off season, what about high season?

Sailing requiring the education and experience that it does, it doesn't see very likely.

Maybe if you found someone with a charter boat that wasn't getting hired much?

Can't say I disagree, but with certain limitations for the sailboat travels and maybe in proximity of a home base marina in case help is needed it could work, sort of a boat sitting job with a few more privileges.
