Hi, Rob - That's $30 USD per pound for unidirectional carbon fiber cloth. The wall thickness is about .55 inches, the greatest diameter is a bit over 17" tapering above deck to about 8.5 inches, and not tapered below deck. About 20% of the layup is plus minus 45 degree glass, and the resin is vinylester.
