catamaran insurance for circumnavigators

anyone out there care to share who had the best policy for insurance for going on extended cruising (caribbean, central america, south pacific, indonesia, etc) and what the relative costs were to insure say 100K worth of boat? (ours is worth much more than that, but it will help make it an apples to apples comparison). For just Caribbean coverage it's looking like about $2,000 per 100k of boat for Jackline insurance with a 5 k deductible.

Hello Gideon,
could you please advise who is this insurance with / through? Is the coverage worldwide? Any restrictions on size of crew?
Thanks Roger

Second that question here, my rate is about .6% through BoatUS for Chesapeake sailing only. Having a very large deductible for catastrophic loss sounds exactly like what we are looking for.

The dutch one (commandeur) is cheaper than Pantaenius.
But Pantaenius delivers a very good insurance package, especially when needed.
Both are not that cheap, as which Gideon mentioned!

::: Pantaenius Yacht Insurance.com

I just checked the webpage of the insurance Gideon mentioned. Dutch text only.
