Appreciate opinions from forum members, guests what a pre-1970 Mariner 40 would reasonably retail for...worth.
Boat is in very good condition, wood hull.

Timber hulled Mariners of that era were often plagued by the plywood used for cockpit and cabin construction rotting. The hulls, planked with mahogany IIRC, were far more durable.

If this issue has not been dealt with successfully the price should reflect the condition.
