Boat Survey in Costa Rica

Hi sailors!
I'm not sure if this is the place to ask this, but...
Do anybody know a reliable boat reviewer in Costa Rica?
I have a good offer of a sail boat in Punta Arenas, and need for an expert review.

There are several surveyors that will travel to Costa Rica; but none (I know of) who are resident there.
