Best Under-40' Pilothouse for A Couple To Circumnavigate ?

My partner and i are looking at doing a tradewinds circumnavigation for 3-4years. We, and by we i mean she, has put forth her list of demands and one of them is for dual inside and outside steering for when the weather turns nasty. High on my list of priorities are seaworthiness, comfort (motion), perhaps an aft cabin but on a sub 40ft pilothouse that isnt necessarily likely and decent sailing performance on all points of sail as we don't just want to be a motorsailer.
The boats that have so far been suggested to us have been:
- 39' Corbin Corbin 39 Aft Cockpit Pilothouse
- 35' Endurance
- 32' Gulf Pilothouse
- 33' Pacific Seacraft Pilothouse
- 37' Tayana
- 353 Cooper
- 39' Christian Pilothouse (which we both loved but am looking to sail not just work on all that teak)
- 33' Saturna
- 30' Rawson
Any real world experience on these boats or any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated

*budget to be between US $150,000-100,000 with of course a preference for the lesser so as to leave more money for any new electronics, sails and of course to put back into the kitty
