Advice in choosing my 1st sail boat

Hey guys..

My names Gym_ i live on the east cost of Australia please feel free to goggle Byron Bay, Any way I'm sick of mortgages, rates, electricity and all the rest ..

Ive had some health scears recently so I'm have decided to sell up and buy a yacht .. prob around the 25 to 29 mark ..
I want to live on it and sail around Australia.

Now i would like some kind sole to tell me weather i should get a trailer sailer with say a swing keel or something or a full keeled boat ..

My Q's are.. can i sail around Australia in a trailer sailer or is it to dangerous .. ?

Was considering a trailer sailer because 1 there easy to get a hold of here and 2 i thought that i would save me money because i can remove it from the water and anti foul and paint and work on the hull my self instead of paying someone heaps to crane it out of the water ..

Also i can get into shallower bays and rivers .. etc

I have 100 more Q's left after this one as well ..
