Aussie designer...

I met John Pugh once. He came to the yard where I was building my ferro and asked what the material was.

He is a well respected designer of steel yachts, some of which were amateur built, but may not be well known outside of Australia.

I do not recall a 28'. May I suggest that you post details of your boat, it's fitout and condition.

Some info on your experience could also help.

Is John Pugh related to Jim Pugh of Reichel Pugh Yacht Design?
