Daysails in Boynton Beach, Florida

ISO crew for help daysailing my new 26' Hunter sailboat. I am a male in my mid 40s, with 15+ years sailing experience. The boat is in the water in a marina in Boynton Beach, Florida.

Costs not an issue. Just bring a hat, bottle of water, and a helpful and pleasant personality.

Send me a PM if you are interested and want more info.

Re: Daysails in Boynton Beach, Florida

I have no experience in sailing, but I have sea time from the 80's all over the globe in the oil industry. I want to learn sailing before I buy a boat. I would glad to help anyone who is willing to take me aboard. I'62 and I'm a safety manager. I easy to get along with and work is no problem. Please respond, Thanks, Melvin Port ST Lucie FL.

My wife and I will be in South Florida from mid Jan until late Feb or early March. (playing snowbird) We would be interested in day sailing. We have both completed ASA courses through bare boat chartering and have our own boat(s) in North Carolina.

We would love to meet and sail while we are down.

Re: Daysails in Boynton Beach, Florida

I will be in Florida most of February and March and would love to do some day sailing. I will be staying in the Hollywood area but am able to get around to other areas. I have only 2 weeks of actual ocean time but have also taken ASA sailing courses and I know what's what on a sailboat. I would like some hands on sailing time as someday I would live to get my own boat.

BCalore - I would love to hear from you as well. I'll be right there in Hollywood and could go on day trips with you.

Re: Daysails in Boynton Beach, Florida

Crew requirement clarification:

- Available weekday mornings. Sails are usually scheduled weekdays, starting at 10 am, and last for several hours.
- Available to crew year-round. (Not just "in season")
- Must be local (Palm Beach County resident)

If interested, please send me a PM containing your contact information, sailing experience (helpful, but not required), and availability.

The weather is beautiful this time of year. Let's go sailing!

Re: Daysails in Boynton Beach, Florida

I would LOVE an op to go for a daysail! Staying in Deerfield Beach with family 1/21-2/2 and have been looking to hitch a ride. I'm an experienced 50+ female sailor from Oregon (ASA 101,103,104) Used to sail that stretch of water with my father years ago. I can offer a great prepared lunch, good boat handling skills and a grateful and sunny disposition. Thanks for considering! Sandy
