Boat Charter Cebu, Philippines

Hi,

I'm going to be on a business trip to Cebu, PI, in two weeks and will have a couple of days off.
I would like to charter a small boat for two persons there but cannot find a company offering boats.
Does anybody know a charter company in Cebu or is there anybody in the area who would like take guests for a few days?
