I traded the house and the wife for a boat also. I'm liveaboard, do a lot of sailing, an occasional cruiser with a lot of offshore passages and one ocean behind me. Auspicious is on Back Creek in Annapolis. Be happy to meet your for lunch at Davis', EYC, or Boatyard (unless you want to meet somewhere nicer) and chat.
