What type of hose clamp is this ?
Trying replace a fuel hose and noticed it had these hose clamps.

What type are they ?

Looks like a crimp-on clamp. Not much pressure on a fuel return line, cut it off with diagonal cutters and replace with a small screw/band clamp. A spring clamp may also work.

It’s called an Oetiker clamp.

No need to go back with one, also takes a special tool to install.
