seeking feedback on Hunter 170

hello, I am a novice day sailor looking to possibly purchase a 2006 Hunter 170. I am looking for feedback on the boat. I need something that won't need repairs. I believe it has a swing keel and I am not sure if this (or any other part on the boat) is known to frequenly have problems which would warrant repairs. any other feedback on the boat also appreciated.
