seeking feedback on Hunter 170

hello, I am a novice day sailor looking to possibly purchase a 2006 Hunter 170. I am looking for feedback on the boat. I need something that won't need repairs. I believe it has a swing keel and I am not sure if this (or any other part on the boat) is known to frequenly have problems which would warrant repairs. any other feedback on the boat also appreciated. Thanks for your help
