I would also recommend Lee Taylor for a survey and for the rigging inspection hire Steve Lloyd. His company is called The Yacht Rigger.

Thanks, all for the responses. We're in the midst of talking to some/all of these guys and I will share with you the results. So far I'm finding anything from $20-$25/ft. with some variations on additional costs for things like sea trial, haul-out time, travel fees, etc.

It was 5 days for us. I think it was worth the wait for it, as I said we totally stripped out everything and what we have found matches the survey.
