AHahahah. We'll fix their government just like we're doing for the people in the mid-east and here in the States and anywhere else in the world for that matter. It's easy, just flush a quick 10B, kill a million innocents and many thousands of our own kids. It works well.
One vote for shoot the pirates.

Formal education is the only way to solve these problems in the long haul. Somali's (and other 3rd world citizens) eventually need to attain an education level on par with educated countries else we will spend our children on protecting State interests and shooting whoever and repeating the same over and over and over again.

Yeah - let's nuke Somalia and solve two problems at once

1. Reduce piracy
2. Nuclear arsenal reduction

That'll teach 'em....../..

Sheesh!

You don't need weapons, just follow the money..........
