Marina costs? Help me plan.

Greetings.
We are getting closer to buying our 38'-40' monohull and I'd like to get my hands around the upcoming ongoing costs. Fortunately, all of my experience has been with other friends, charters, etc.., so I've avoided this until now. Any chance some of you could provide some "rule of thumb" numbers per the info below?:

Upfront info: 40' LOA Monohull. Looking at possible locations in Florida (Marathon, Key Largo, Marco Island, or Tampa-St Pete area) to keep our boat full time. We would like to put her in a decent mid-priced type slip Oct-May, then on the hard June-Sept.

• Slip costs?: What would we be looking at for a typical slip rental? I know they vary wildly, but a rule of thumb $number helps.
• Do the slip costs drop to $0 if boat is in storage/hard?
• Haul out?: What does this typically run per haul-out?
• Hard storage?" Any typical/general numbers for a storage yard?

Your inquiry is pretty generic and can run a wide range depending on where you settle. I would budget $500 to 800 monthly for a slip with electricity etc. That would be with a contract. Nothing is free in my experience. Yard fees also vary. Plan on $6-9 per foot. Haul out adds another charge. Figure $300-400. These are all ballpark figures.
