Hello all! and Need Help!

Hi all, I am so glad to be here. I just saw someone launched their air pumped boat in Lake Ontario(Canada). They said non-motored boat does not need any license, and can be launched anywhere. I just want to make sure if it is true in Toronto, Canada. I am planning to buy a 3m long air pumped boat if there is no requirements for any license or insurance. I am still a high school student and don't have much money in hand, is it really all i need to do is buy a air pumped boat, a pair of paddle, a life jacket and that is it in order to go out a lake like Lake Ontario?
It would be even better if anyone know a good place to buy that kind boat and the price range.

An inflatable boat, without engine, does not require a license/registration, and it's operator does not require an operator's license (Pleasure Craft Operator Card), in Ontario.

This is legally all you need.
Just remember to bring some good jugement: without an engine you might find it not so easy to bring an inflatable back to the shore if the wind blows against you.
