I've watched the video a number of times and can't see anything conclusive...I see the boat pulling forward and then backing up, there is no evidence, as in a clear view) of any collision because your boat is not visible. I'm assuming that the slight mast wobble is your boat being hit, but you can't actually see the collision.

I'm not saying that the other supporting material such as eyewitness accounts, etc. is not adequate to make your case, but I would hesitate to use this video as your main piece of evidence.

The boat is my home, and everything I own is on there - if I made an enemy then he could easily wipe out everything I own, as I work a normal job while he was often at home for days at a time (he was an oil worker in alberta who lived on the boat and fished for his vacations). He ripped the bottom of his boat out going the wrong side of a red buoy at the entrance to the harbour so karma found him eventually
