Florida - January 2012 Sailing Suggestions ?

I have a free week in early Jan 2012 whilst visiting Central Florida from UK and would like to get some sailing. Any suggestions? because all I can find are 2hr tourist trips?

Experience includes tall ships, classic boats and bareboat crews.

You will probably find warmth, and boats to charter from Miami to the Keys. Central Fl can be freezing at times in Jan. This pic is several miles off the coast at Daytona in Jan........i2f

So what exactly are you looking for? not a tourist cruise and not a charter?

There are a number of options in the Tampa bay and Sarasota areas, but mostly it will be one of those two things.
