3 day charter question

My wife and I are going on a 3 day 2 night charter out of Tampa Bay. It will be the 2 of us plus a captain on a 40' catamaran. We are taking this trip to test the waters before going for our certifications. Looking for any advise on where to go (only agenda is sailing and anchoring out) and food for ourselves and our captain (which we are responsible for). We are taking the trip in September.

Ask your captain. That is what you pay for. If they won't help, find another.

Ask about food also. Dinner out is fun in that area.
