Ports of Entry / Exit in the Mexican Caribbean

Does anyone have current information on what the entry/exit ports on the Caribbean side of Mexico are? We checked out of Xcalak in May of this year and would like to check in there.

Mexican posts of entry include: Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, & Xcalak.

we just checked in at isla mujeras -- we made up a zarpe using the rauscher guide and had it signed by the dockmaster at punta gorda - unfortunately i did not have him stamp it with some sort of official stamp - the port captain was not pleased but accepted it - however we were warned that if we did it again we would be subject to a fine
the lesson is if you get a zarpe in the usa MAKE SURE the person signing it has a stamp and stamps it --

You can print US customs form 1300 of the internet and get someone to stamp it. We were at a Seven Seas meeting with the Isla Mujeres Port Captain a month ago and he said that was what he wanted to see.

The Mexicans are very nice but like forms, we filled in about 5 with 6 copies of each. Easier to get an agent for $50-100 with a copier.
