Mono alright for Abaco?

First trip to the Abacos in June. Charter company has a 43 mono and several cats. Prefer to sail a the mono, but given the shallow depths, maybe the cat? Thoughts? Many thanks!

Re: Mono alright for Abaco?

I've chartered there twice with a mono from Moorings and it was fine. In either case you do need to understand the charts and the tides. Get in synch with the tides and plan your day accordingly.

I'd go with the multi! You'd double your access. I say that having cruised a mono there and having had a great time.
