Les taxes etant payees , si le cata est EXPORTÉ en Amerique ... sont-elles encore recuperables... 20% ca peuy faire une difference et meme payer le transport en cargo

Correct - as long as you are not an EU resident and the boat is flagged outside EU (which it is) you will not be responsible for VAT.
