33'-36' mono with no motor

Hello all!

Looking for a 33'-36' +/- mono with no motor or a scrap motor. Any keel except full and preferably a ketch or cutter rigged sloop that doesn't need more than oh let's say $20k or so to venture into the blue water for extended periods (electronics/luxuries aside) for +/- $50k
(Just starting my search not ready to buy)

Am I delusional? Time will tell.

If anyone knows of any or perhaps has some tips or resources for such a search it would be much appreciated.

PS: I'm sure I've left out something obvious but I assumed one of you salty dogs would point that out given enough time...

Thanks!
