Wiring AGM's in Parallel ?

Is it ok to wire a second AGM 130 ah in parallel to a similar AGM which is 170 ah? Both are Northstar.

sounds like a 300 ah system to me

We have two banks of Lifeline. Batteries within each bank are identical but one bank is 6 batteries @ 12 volts in parallel/series and one is 4 @ 6 volts in series. the boat is 24 volts. The batteries see each other on the Xantrex two channel charger and on the battery combiner. I haven't noticed any problems.

I think that as long as the 3-stage charge profile is the same for both you should be OK.
