Question source for RCBO? aka GFCI breaker

Does anyone know a US source for a dual breaker 30A RCBO (Residual
Current Breaker Overload) also known as a GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit
Interrupt) Breaker?

Here's an example:

These are mandated on European boats, and seem like a good idea to have one where shore power enterd the vessel,
but I'm having trouble finding a US source.

There's some ABYC stuff that applies in:
E-8.12 GROUND FAULT PROTECTION
