Poll: What is the size of your solar array

HI All, I would like to get a feel for the size of solar arrays people are installing on their boats. So, please take the survey, and feel free to give a description of your setup in a post!

Thanks,
Chris

Re: Poll: What is the size of your solar array

I don't have an array. I have a pair of panels on the deck over the running rigging going to the cockpit. The panels are 28 years old and keep my batts topped off.

Re: Poll: What is the size of your solar array

I have 4 each supposed to be 140-150 watts each poly panels. The best I have seen is about 110 watts each. In June I installed a Victron 150/70 controller to accommodate my 4 each 295W Canadian monos that are back ordered until late September.

Anxious to get those panels delivered prior to possible huge tariffs imposed as a result of Suniva going bankrupt with 2% market share filing for protection under Section 201 of the 1974 Trade Act. From the Motley Fool "Suniva requested a duty of $0.40 per watt on imported solar cells, and a price floor of $0.78 per watt on solar modules." The Fool's headline states that this can result in "Biggest Disruption the U.S. Solar Industry Has Ever Seen."
