Inverter outputing 60-80v ideas

Well week or two ago I noticed laptop charger wasn't working like it should (kept kicking on and off). Decided meh probably just the cable but switched over to my DC charger just out of convenience.

I added it to the list of 'chevk inverter wiring since we've notice some issues with outlets' and haven't looked into it until now.

Batteries are in float(solar), voltage to the inverter is showing 13.6v.

Output on the inverter side is jumping between 63v and 79v or so and not consistent. Checked no loose wires, nothing looks 'bad' on DC side either, inverter panel at the nav station showing 13.6v aswell.

Inverter is Magnum MS2812. Not hooked to shore so can't test pass through. Based on the manual, everything checks out. Plan on calling them on Monday to see if the inverter is dead but figured maybe someone on here has ideas on possible things to check?
