fridgoboat fridge power consumption

hi there,
i have been offered this old fridgoboat marine fridge for 150 dollars.it apparently runs well, the inside is very good and the bad looking exterior does not bother me as it will be housed inside an insulated cupboard with another door so it will be out of view.
it is roughly 80 high x 40 wide and 40 deep. it runs off 12v batteries but the compresser is ac which is powered by the 12v to dc conversion box you can see sitting on top of the fridge in the pics.
does anyone recognise this model or does anyone have any experience with these kind of fridges ?
my main concern is how many amps it draws. i believe it is rated at 5amps.
it looks thirsty and noisy to me !
any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Take a peek through that hole in the back and see if you can determine if it has foam or fiberglass insulation.

By the look of the front bottom, the insulation may have been standing in water. Not good.

It looks like a "just take it for free" (or at least close to it) unit to me.

also, if it is freon 12 refrigerant, it will be exceedingly expensive to charge...
