Yes, it was the Dymo Rhino Industrial 4200 that I looked at briefly on line. Frankly, my only criterion was the ability to make 1/2" white-on-black labels. I had no idea about the breaker label capability. I'll dig further. For the record

Good choice! That model has the function as well (first blue key from the left). You can see the whole user guide here
(page 12 has the information on creating an industrial breaker panel label along with a picture).
are quite different, thank you for pointing that out. I have thought of using a 24 mm tape vertically but model 4200 would not work with it (19 mm max) so the best option is probably making separate horizontal labels. We have white-on-black vinyl tapes so I am sure they would look good.
