Purchasing advice

A buddy and I are looking at buying a boat to do a combination of personal cruising and adventure charters. I have always been a monohull sailor, but we figured we are going to be better off with a cat for the places we want to go and the space that they offer. It did not take long before I came across the Lagoon brand, and they seem like they could be a good option!

I'm assuming from the following on this post and all the comments, Lagoon makes a solid, blue water capable boat that we will not need to worry too much about if we are doing remote cruising?

We were originally drawn to a L500, but have also been looking at the newer L45 and L52. Obviously, bigger sounds better for more space, but that aside, any pros or cons to any of these models we should be aware of?

I've scheduled an appointment with the local Lagoon dealer to finally get to go on a boat and check it out in person this week, but I wanted to get any input any of you may have ahead of time so I know what I'm getting into!
Thanks for any help!
